Oklahoma High School Football - Turpin wallops Pond Creek-Hunter

November 8, 2024: Turpin, OK 73950

The Turpin Cardinals football squad scored 50 points and limited the visiting Pond Creek-Hunter Panthers to 12 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Waurika for a non-league test on Friday, November 15. Turpin will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 38-6 league loss to Empire (Duncan, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 4-7.

With the defeat, Pond Creek-Hunter drops to 7-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Hollis (Hollis, OK) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, November 15. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 7-2. Hollis won 45-0 in their recent league test against Burns Flat-Dill City (Burns Flat, OK)
