Vale Vikings (Vale, OR) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting South Umpqua Lancers (Myrtle Creek, OR), 56-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Vale improves its record to 10-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Taft (Lincoln City, OR) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 8-2. Taft won 34-27 in their recent non-league battle against Sisters (Sisters, OR)
The Lancers now have a 6-4 record.
