Oakwood Christian (Anderson, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Lake Pointe Academy Mariners (York, SC), 46-26 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Oakwood Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year.
The Mariners now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian for a non-league match on Friday, November 8.
