The El Capitan Eagles (Colorado City, AZ) volleyball held off the host North Phoenix Preparatory Academy Gladiators (Phoenix, AZ), 3-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 27-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mogollon for a non-league bout on Friday, November 8. El Capitan will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over The Gregory School (Tucson, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 27-7.
With the loss, North Phoenix Preparatory Academy drops to 19-5 on the campaign.
