In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Mayer Lutheran Crusaders volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the West Central Area Knights.
The Crusaders (26-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Minneota (Minneota, MN). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 26-9 record. In their last challenge, Minneota beat Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the Fillmore Central Falcons (Harmony, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 9. West Central Area will attempt to upgrade on its 21-4 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 18-16 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Minneota (Minneota, MN).
