The Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Valley Oaks CES Vanguards to 9 in the Griffins non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Griffins now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stern for a non-league contest on Monday, November 13. Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology will meet a Titans team coming off a 71-62 non-league win over University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.

The Vanguards (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, East Valley triumphed over Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology (Sun Valley, CA), 52-40, in a non-league contest.
