The Paul W. Bryant Stampede basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Greensboro Raiders to 7 in the Stampede non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Stampede now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huffman for a non-league contest on Monday, November 13. Paul W. Bryant will meet a Vikings team coming off a 67-59 non-league win over Shades Valley (Birmingham, AL). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Northridge triumphed over Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 72-48, in a non-league contest.
