Texas High School Basketball - Northwest can't hold off Chisholm Trail

The Chisholm Trail Rangers basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Northwest Texans to 31 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rangers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vandegrift for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 11. Chisholm Trail will battle a Vipers team coming off a 72-62 non-league loss to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Vipers record now stands at 2-3.
The Texans (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Abilene (Abilene, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Abilene was nudged by Grapevine (Grapevine, TX), 47-26, in a non-league contest.
