The West Side Eagles basketball team (Greers Ferry, AR), was overwhelmed 72-48 in Thursday's league battle with the host Norfork Panthers (Norfork, AR)
The Panthers now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alpena for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 11. Norfork will confront a Leopards team coming off a 52-21 non-league win over Eureka Springs (Eureka Springs, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 2-3.
The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Side (Bee Branch, AR). The Hornet come into the non-league battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, South Side was overwhelmed by Wonderview (Hattieville, AR), 47-28, in a non-league battle.
