Connecticut High School Football - Brookfield tops Joel Barlow

November 9, 2024: Redding, CT 06896

The Brookfield Bobcats football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Joel Barlow Falcons to 0 in the Bobcats league triumph on Saturday.

The Bobcats now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Masuk for a South-West test on Friday, November 15. Brookfield will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 56-6 league win over Weston (Weston, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Joel Barlow drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Newtown (Newtown, CT) to meet the Nighthawks in a South-West test on Friday, November 15. The Nighthawks come into the test with a record of 8-0. Newtown won 60-29 in their recent league test against Bunnell (Stratford, CT)
