The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lakeview Centennial Patriots (Garland, TX) and the visiting Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX), observed Lakeview Centennial's basketball team overcome Sunset by a margin of 44-34.

The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Farmers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Lewisville dropped by Lamar (Arlington, TX), 53-49, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Sunset falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Bison host Adams (Dallas, TX) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Adams lost 55-26 in their recent non-league bout against Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX)
