Highland Cardinals (Highland, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Boscobel Bulldogs (Boscobel, WI), 65-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Potosi (Potosi, WI) to play the Chieftains in a Six Rivers - West bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Potosi lost 57-55 in their recent non-league bout against Galena (Galena, IL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Cuba City Cubans (Cuba City, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities bout, on Friday, December 9. Boscobel will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Cubans go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 68-55 non-league loss to Cudahy (Cudahy, WI).
