Georgia High School Basketball - Sandy Creek over Creekside

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA) and the host Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA), saw Sandy Creek's basketball squad overcome Creekside by a tally of 68-57.

With the victory, Sandy Creek improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA) to confront the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. McIntosh lost 48-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA)

Next up, the Seminoles confront the Lithia Springs Lions (Lithia Springs, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Creekside will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 61-54 non-league loss to Douglas County (Douglasville, GA).
