The Somerset Bulldogs basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Harlingen Cardinals to 54 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laredo LBJ for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Somerset will battle a Wolves team coming off a 45-41 non-league loss to Martin (Laredo, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 4-5.

The Cardinals (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Pleasanton was routed by United (Laredo, TX), 59-55, in a non-league contest.
