The Paragould Rams basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Monticello Billies to 51 in the Rams non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rams now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Dorado for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Paragould will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 59-35 non-league loss to Vilonia (Vilonia, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
The Billies (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Har-Ber (Springdale, AR). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Har-Ber was defeated by Blytheville (Blytheville, AR), 59-48, in a non-league contest.
