    The Pflugerville Panthers basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Salado Eagles to 37 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

    The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gatesville for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Pflugerville will battle a Hornets team coming off a 82-48 non-league win over Bastrop (Bastrop, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 8-1.

    The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rockdale (Rockdale, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Rockdale was defeated by Lampasas (Lampasas, TX), 80-56, in a non-league contest.
