Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Richmond Oilers (Richmond, CA), 91-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Piedmont upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Highlanders host Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Acalanes won 71-62 in their recent non-league bout against Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA)

Next up, the Oilers play the De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Richmond will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 80-74 non-league loss to Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA).
