St. Joseph Academy Flashes (St. Augustine, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 56-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Joseph Academy upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Flashes travel to Interlachen (Interlachen, FL) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.

Next up, the play the Immanuel Christian Warriors (El Paso, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. Varsity Opponent will attempt to improve on its 62-246 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 91-73 non-league loss to Deming (Deming, NM).
