The Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA), 78-24 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Vipers (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Burroughs (Burbank, CA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Burroughs walloped Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA), 71-68, in a non-league test.

The Pioneers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Panorama for a non-league test on Friday, December 2. Sun Valley Magnet will encounter a Pythons squad coming off a 45-11 non-league win over Valley Oaks CES (Sun Valley, CA). The Pythons record now stands at 1-3.
