Orange Vista Coyotes (Perris, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Arroyo Valley Hawks (San Bernardino, CA), 63-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Orange Vista upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Murrieta Mesa won 49-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA)

Next up, the Hawks confront the Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles (Desert Hot Springs, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Arroyo Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 41-23 non-league loss to Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA).
