The Botkins Trojans basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers to 37 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson Center for a Shelby County contest on Saturday, December 3. Botkins will battle a Tigers team coming off a 40-34 league win over Anna (Anna, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Rams enter the Northwest Central contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Upper Scioto Valley was routed by McComb (McComb, OH), 44-34, in a non-league contest.
