Texas High School Basketball - San Antonio Memorial can't hold off El Paso

The El Paso Tigers basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting San Antonio Memorial Minutemen to 36 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harlandale for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. El Paso will battle a Indians team coming off a 65-42 non-league win over John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX). The Indians record now stands at 11-5.

The Minutemen (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Irvin was nudged by Harlandale (San Antonio, TX), 73-54, in a non-league contest.
