Nevada High School Basketball - Spring Valley nips Las Vegas

Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Las Vegas Wildcats (Las Vegas, NV), 71-68 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Spring Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Palo Verde won 41-14 in their recent non-league bout against Durango (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Las Vegas will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Skyhawks go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 68-17 non-league win over GV Christian (Henderson, NV).
