North Carolina High School Basketball - Middle Creek crushes Sanderson

Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), 56-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Middle Creek upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Athens Drive lost 61-53 in their recent non-league bout against Green Hope (Cary, NC)

Next up, the Spartans play the Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Sanderson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 59-34 non-league win over East Wake (Wendell, NC).
