Olmsted Owls (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers (Buffalo, NY), 36-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Olmsted upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Owls host Tonawanda (Tonawanda, NY) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Tonawanda lost 48-45 in their recent non-league bout against Lackawanna (Lackawanna, NY)

Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Chautauqua Lake Thunderbirds (Mayville, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. The Park School of Buffalo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
