The McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) basketball knocked off the visiting Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV), 39-26 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lancers (3-0) will now prepare for their test against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, North Valleys went down by Carson (Carson City, NV), 38-21, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Galena for a non-league test on Friday, December 2. Spring Creek will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 44-22 non-league win over Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-0.
