Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Basalt Longhorns (Basalt, CO), 58-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Eagle Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Devils host Durango (Durango, CO) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Demons come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Longhorns play the Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Basalt will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
