Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA), 62-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oakmont upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to West Park (Roseville, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-0. West Park won 84-32 in their recent non-league bout against Rosemont (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Rio Linda will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Wolverine go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 84-32 non-league loss to West Park (Roseville, CA).
