The Broadview/Lavina Pirates (Lavina, MT) basketball felled the visiting Absarokee Huskies (Absarokee, MT), 47-37 in Friday's non-league test.

The Pirates (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Roberts (Roberts, MT). The Rockets go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Roberts thwarted Wibaux (Wibaux, MT), 58-37, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Custer/Hysham for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Absarokee will encounter a squad coming off a 43-28 non-league win over Bridger (Bridger, MT). The record now stands at 1-0.
