The Pinewood Panthers basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Averroes Falcon to 38 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Pinewood will meet a Warriors team coming off a 69-64 non-league loss to Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

The Falcon (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Napa Christian (Napa, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Napa Christian ran past Summerfield Waldorf (Santa Rosa, CA), 91-51, in a league contest.
