In Friday's non-league match, the host Blue River Valley Vikings basketball team scored a tight 52-49 triumph over the Tri Titans.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Blackford Bruins (Hartford City, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 2. Blue River Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Bruins come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 51-40 non-league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, IN).
