The Lorena Leopards basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Burnet Bulldogs to 42 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Live Oak Classical for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Lorena will meet a Falcons team coming off a 75-53 non-league win over Meyer (Waco, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 10-0.

The Bulldogs (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Stephen's Episcopal (Austin, TX). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, St. Stephen's Episcopal was outscored by Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX), 67-50, in a non-league contest.
