Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Heights Bulldogs (Houston, TX) and the visiting Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX), witnessed Heights's basketball squad crush Caney Creek by a margin of 60-31.

The Bulldogs (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Bellaire (Bellaire, TX). The Cardinals go into the 6A Region III District 18 test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Bellaire walloped El Campo (El Campo, TX), 74-61, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a 6A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, December 5. Caney Creek will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Klein Collins (Spring, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-11.
