North Carolina High School Basketball - Croatan trounces Cape Hatteras

December 1, 2023: Buxton, NC 27920

The Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) basketball crushed the host Cape Hatteras Hurricanes (Buxton, NC), 70-24 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Ocracoke (Ocracoke, NC). The Dolphins go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Ocracoke walloped Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC), 63-29, in a non-league test.

The Hurricanes now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5.
