North Carolina High School Basketball - Western Alamance edges Eastern Guilford

The Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC), 49-47 in Friday's non-league test.

The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Northeast Guilford was tipped by Morehead (Eden, NC), 76-58, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Glenn for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Eastern Guilford will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 79-43 non-league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-2.
