In Friday's non-league outing, the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles (Brunswick, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host First Academy Lions (Douglas, GA), by a margin of 50-14.
The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Coastal HomeSchool smashed Augusta Eagles (Martinez, GA), 81-72, in a league outing.
The Lions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Appling Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, December 4. First Academy will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 83-53 league loss to Grace Christian Academy (Fayetteville, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
