The Georgetown Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Lake Belton Broncos to 33 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leander for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Georgetown will battle a Lions team coming off a 56-37 non-league win over Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-1.
The Broncos (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Lake Highlands triumphed over Georgetown (Georgetown, TX), 84-39, in a non-league contest.
