Alabama High School Basketball - Hooper Academy tipped by Glenwood

The Glenwood Gators basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Hooper Academy Colts to 38 in the Gators non-league triumph on Friday.

The Gators now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stratford Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Glenwood will meet a Eagles team coming off a 70-37 non-league loss to Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

The Colts (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lowndes Academy (Lowndesboro, AL). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Lowndes Academy was nudged by Macon-East Montgomery Academy (Cecil, AL), 37-36, in a non-league contest.
