Grayling Vikings (Grayling, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Mancelona Ironmen (Mancelona, MI), 62-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Grayling upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Houghton Lake lost 54-48 in their recent league bout against Manton (Manton, MI)

Next up, the Ironmen play the Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI) in a Ski-Valley bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Mancelona will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
