Georgia High School Basketball - Greene County can't hold off Morgan County

The Morgan County Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Greene County Tigers to 39 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Athens Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Morgan County will battle a Eagles team coming off a 62-59 non-league win over Chestatee (Gainesville, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam County (Eatonton, GA). The War Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Putnam County nudged Jasper County (Monticello, GA), 60-44, in a non-league contest.
