Texas High School Basketball - Lutheran tipped by Hempstead

The Hempstead Bobcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Lutheran Mustangs to 48 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Giddings for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Hempstead will meet a Buffaloes team coming off a 42-41 non-league win over Sealy (Sealy, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 2-2.

The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against IDEA Monterrey Park College Prep (San Antonio, TX). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 0-6 record.
