Michigan High School Basketball - King can't hold off Waverly

The Waverly Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting King Crusaders to 57 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carman-Ainsworth for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Waverly will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 67-25 non-league loss to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-1.
The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
