Texas High School Basketball - University trounces La Vega

The University Trojans (Waco, TX) basketball crushed the visiting La Vega Pirates (Waco, TX), 67-36 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Madison (Dallas, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Madison walloped Waco (Waco, TX), 57-35, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Caldwell for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. La Vega will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 72-55 non-league win over Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The Hornets record now stands at 7-3.
