The Westfair Christian basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Minutemen to 33 in the league triumph on Friday.

The now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Moline Christian for a Illinois Christian contest on Saturday, December 2. Westfair Christian will meet a Eagles team coming off a 52-50 league win over Lake County Baptist (Waukegan, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.

The Minutemen (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mississippi Valley Christian (Alton, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Mississippi Valley Christian was outscored by First Baptist Christian (Danville, IL), 43-27, in a league contest.
