The Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Pecos Eagles (Pecos, TX), 74-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Fort Stockton was trounced by Stanton (Stanton, TX), 45-44, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Socorro for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Pecos will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 62-43 non-league loss to Seminole (Seminole, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
