Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA), 69-64 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ygnacio Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to Saint Mary's (Albany, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Saint Mary's lost 77-63 in their recent non-league bout against Alameda (Alameda, CA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 49-38 non-league win over Averroes (Fremont, CA).
