In Friday's non-league outing, the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles (Youngsville, LA), by a margin of 46-45.
The Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Central Private (Baker, LA). The Redhawks go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record.
