California High School Basketball - Anderson crushes Las Plumas

Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA), 52-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cubs travel to Modoc (Alturas, CA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Modoc won 44-38 in their recent non-league bout against West Valley (Cottonwood, CA)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the West Valley Eagles (Cottonwood, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Las Plumas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 44-38 non-league loss to Modoc (Alturas, CA).
