Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blackhawk overwhelms Mt. Pleasant

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA) and the host Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA), saw Blackhawk's basketball squad wallop Mt. Pleasant by a tally of 72-14.

With the victory, Blackhawk improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA) to confront the Golden Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Golden Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Greensburg Salem won 71-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Ringgold (Monongahela, PA)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Derry Trojans (Derry, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 42-33 non-league win over Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA).
