Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool Nighthawks (Topeka, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Burlingame Bearcats (Burlingame, KS), 55-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Nighthawks travel to Cair Paravel (Topeka, KS) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Cair Paravel lost 57-30 in their recent non-league bout against Burlingame (Burlingame, KS)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Waverly Bulldogs (Waverly, KS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Burlingame will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 50-45 non-league loss to Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool (Topeka, KS).
